2026 RESOLUTIONS

Eating Cleanly: This does not mean no sweets or indulgences. Rather, more natural, healthy foods made from real stuff as opposed to processed junk (candy bars, Doritos, Oreos, etc.).

No Socials for January (and maybe beyond?): Don’t let the distracted brain have what it wants. I’ve begun to spend less time on social media and the endless flow of BS scrolling. Pick up a book. Work on one of my passion projects. Don’t waste precious life every day ingesting BS.

Waking Time / Night Routine (Here’s the Big One): I love how I feel when I’m up early and get to experience a full day. This starts with shutting my mind down at a good hour the night before and going to bed responsibly. What I can do from 8–10am is much more meaningful than what I do from 11pm–1am.

Practicing & Cultivating Confidence in Myself to Eliminate People Pleasing: This is one I’ve talked about before, but I want this to be a conscious thought going into the new year. Practice this, especially when meeting new people. My authentic self is great — it is what will attract others to me. Remember that.

Presence Over Future & Past: Lately this has been on my mind a lot, and I want to carry it into the new year with intention. Time seems to go by faster every day. 2025 feels like it just started. Don’t let that pressure me. The regrets of the past have NOTHING to do with right now. Don’t let them affect how I live in the current moment, which is always full of opportunity and enjoyment when I simply live in it. My anxieties about the future also have NOTHING to do with the present moment I’m living in.

Release / Loosen the Grip My Appearance Has on My Outlook on Life: This one is broader and less defined, but I believe I can become less appearance-obsessed and material-obsessed. Through meditation, noticing thoughts as they arise, letting them come and go without judgment. No clinging, no spiraling. Whether it’s clothes or reflection, let the thoughts pass.

Face My Fears & Sit in the Uncomfortable: My growth has always come when I’m uncomfortable and want to run. Embrace that discomfort. Sit with it. See things through.
